The official language of the AICKF shall be Hindi & English. The English language is the official language for the minutes, correspondence & announcements of the AICKF. The AICKF rules & AICKF competitions rules shall be pulished in English language. Hindi or English shall be the official language at the all AICKF meetings. Any member state Association shall have the right to speak or write in its mother tongue, but the contents shall be translated into the official language & any other languages demand necessary.
An applicant state association shall pay a fee of Rs. 5000/- for the AICKF state membership & Rs. 2500/- for AICKF Associate membership. State member & associate / affiliated member of the AICKF are require to pay annual membership fees by the end of each year. If failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension of membership as the AICKF rules. The financial year shall commence on 1st April to 31st March of each year for membership fees.
2) The AICKF state & national championships shall be conduct under the banner of ALL INDIA CHINESE KUNG FU FEDERATION & organised by the host member association or organisations.
3) The all state & national championships shall be conduct with the sanction & supervision of the AICKF & shall be organize by the host member selected by AICKF.
4) Results of the championships shall be reported to the AICKF within 15 days or one month of the conclusion of the championships along with all related documents & media materials.
5) The National Referee Seminar, the State Coach Seminar & the National Coach Seminar Course shall be conducted by the AICKF only, no other organizations or associations shall be authorised to organize or issue certificates for the referee seminar coach training courses.
6) All championships promoted or sanction by the All India Chinese Kung Fu federation shall observe the competitions.
7) The AICKF grant the qualification of state & national referee to those who have successfully completed the state & national referee seminar.
8) The AICKF grant the qualification of state & national coach to those who have successfully completed coach training courses.
The secretary general plan & manage the secretarial affairs regarding the state association & operations of the AICKF & other general affairs related to the AICKF & all activities of report to the AICKF Committee.Approval of the all matters in case may be and sign all contracts between the AICKF & other state Association or organizations represent the AICKF at all negotiations concluded on its behalf.
The task of this committee is to formulate revisions to the AICKF competition rules & review the state associations & management of Kung Fu competitions.
The public relation committee is tasked with published the activities of the AICKF events.
The media committee is tasked with conducting media rights sales, AICKF related news & media contract.
The marketing committee is takes with conducting marketing activities through advertisements & sponsorship contracts ways to diversify the sources of AICKF revenue.
The AICKF committee shall formulate drafts amendments of the necessary rules & regulations. The approval of the committee board shall be required for the formulation of the competition rules and regulation of championships.
1)The AICKF promote competitions & events are the exclusive property of the AICKF, which owns all rights & related data in particular & without limitations, all rights relating to their association/ organization, exploitation, broadcasting, recording representation, reproduction, in any forms & by any means whatsoever whether now developed in the future.
2) The AICKF flag, motto, identification including promoted & sanctioned as define by the AICKF shall be collectively or individually as AICKF properties. All rights to any and all AICKF properties as well as all rights to the use thereof its rights on terms & conditions by the AICKF. AICKF properties shall not be used without prior approval of the AICKF. Each state members, associate member is responsible for prevention of the name emblems use without approval of the AICKF in the areas under the Jurisdiction of the association. The AICKF reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against illegal use of the name & emblem of the AICKF by clubs, associations Academy where such violations have occurred belongs exclusively to the AICKF, including but not limited to the use for any profit-making commercial or advertising purposes. 1) The AICKF membership shall consist of traditional Taichi, wushu organisations the state Kung Fu, Wushu & Taichi associations shall represent their respective states recognized by AICKF.
2) The following levels of membership within the structure of the AICKF.
a) State Membership
state members have rights to conduct state championship and national championship and shall have the right to participate in all official events of the AICKF. State members shall be required to pay annual membership fees, as
prescribed in the rules No.4 of the AICKF rules also right to participate AICKF National Kung Fu festival AICKF give membership certificate ID card.
b) Associate Membership
Associate membership may also be given to state associations / club that are not self governing associate members may attend official meetings, events, competitions, courses, seminars. They shall have right to participate in all official
events of the AICKF upon the approval of AICKF. Associate members are required to pay annual membership fees. AICKF give membership certificate and ID card.
c) AffiIiated Membership
Affiliated members also participate in all official events of the AICKF, upon the approval of AICKF, affiliated members are required to pay annual membership fees. AICKF give affiliate certificate & ID card.
3) The AICKF shall approve only one association for each state or each self governing territory and unlimited associate members under command of state members upon the approval of AICKF.
4) In case more than one organization claim the represent a state or self governing territory the dispute shall be resolved by AICKF with consideration of the opinions of the pertinent NOC.
5) All affiliated member state associations shall constitute their respective statutes in strict conformity with the principles of the AICKF rules.
6) A member state Association shall neither be affiliated to any other national, international Kung Fu organizations not recognized by AICKF nor participate in any Kung Fu events organized by such an organizations.
7) Any state association may withdraw its membership upon final approval of the AICKF provided that it has fulfilled its financial & other outstanding obligations to the AICKF.
8) All member state associations, are obliged to submit an annual report to the AICKF, provided on their Kung Fu activities to the AICKF.
9) All member state associations club, academy, Institute, affiliated member, associated member are obliged to dispatch at least 25 competitors ideally male & female to the AICKF Kung Fu festival or championships. The membership status of those who fail to take part in the AICKF Kung Fu Festivals or championships for two consecutive occasions without justifiable reasons, such as but not limited to natural calamities are set to be demoted at the General Assembly on the occasion of the Second championships in which the member state association has fail to participate.
1) The Indian state associations in the same continent may form a other Kung Fu federation with the prior approval of AICKF board.
2) AICKF only recognizes its Official, Indian others Kung Fu, Wushu, Taichi federation as follows listed in further.
3) The constitution of a other federation shall be enacted in strict conformity to the AICKF rules & regulations and shall be subject to the final approval of the AICKF board committee.
4) Other federations shall conduct only the operations approved by the AICKF and shall submit annual reports to the AICKF in official reports by the AICKF.
5) The dates one places of the other Kung Fu championships & the Kung Fu tournaments shall be subject to the approval of the AICKF and the results shall be reported to the AICKF.
6) Other Kung Fu federations members also participate in all official event of the AICKF upon the approval of the AICKF committee.
7) Other Indian Kung Fu federations no required any annual membership fees to recognization AICKF.
In case disputes occur over matters not specified in the AICKF rules or any matters that required urgent solutions, the AICKF committee may take emergency actions.
In case of any violation of the AICKF rules & regulations AICKF competitions rules. Rules & regulations AICKF competitions rules any involvement in champaign of any kind against the AICKF as the case may be the measures of Disciplinary actions:
Suspension for a specific period, the suspension may be extended to all or part of the rights and function deriving from the membership of the person concerns with regards to other Kung Fu federations and national state associations. Suspension by the committee subject to the review of each case taking in to consideration the consequence for the state member Association & other Kung Fu federation. any member that has been referee to the committee may make a verbal or written.
The amendment of the AICKF rules & regulation, competition rules shall be proposed with the resolution of the AICKF committee or by the approval of more than on-thirds of the total numbers of committee member with voting rights. The proposed amendment shall be accomplished by a two-third majority vote.
The Dissolution of the AICKF can only be decided at the founder committee members exclusive rights over the use of funds or AICKF properties shall be given by the founder committee member that has reached the resolution for the dissolution.
The funds of the AICKF shall that be appropriated by the following incomes
Any member state association, associate member affiliated member, applying to host the AICKF promoted Championships, i.e. State Championship, National Championship, Kung Fu, Taichi, Whushu, Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do, etc. championship shall submit a written application with a Guarantee deposit for State IeveI Championship Rs. 5000/- & NationaI IeveI Championship Rs.10,000/-. The amount of guarantee deposit may be subjected to change by the AICKF committee. The guarantee deposit shall be at the disposal of the AICKF should member association fail to successfully organized the championships.All the media rights, including but not limited to television rights, are the exclusive properties of the AICKF. The organizing committee shall first get the approval of the AICKF before signing any marketing contract.Incase of arrangements by the AICKF for the organizing committee, those fees shall be divided in equal parts between the AICKF & the organizing committee.
